Project Details

With much of the home’s original craftsman charm intact, our goal was to open the space to the dining room, but in a considered way. The kitchen was significantly out dated, suffered from a lack of light and felt cut off from the dining room. There was also a secondary exterior door along the back wall of the kitchen. This door was never used, but created a challenge for utilizing a large portion of space in the old kitchen.
